 | Learn how to shake your body African style. This has got to be the best way to shake your stress away, improve co-ordination, fitness, flexability all while having an absolute blast! All classes are supported by live drumming and open to all levels of dancers. Structured in courses of anything between 2-8wks you will learn a dance that you will continue to build and refine over the course. If you are into drumming and want to improve and understand this important connection then dancing is a must! |
